Advantages:
Rated to 300 °C, the 4500 Series is available with or without a muffle and features an ultra-clean low-mass refractory heating chamber. The muffless 4500 Series heats from ambient to 250 °C in less than 10 minutes, and is designed to sustain continuous on/off heating and cooling cycles resulting from alternating periods of production and non-use. With the muffled option, air and nitrogen atmospheres are available and maintained at extreme levels of purity in a muffle-contained environment. The SierraTherm 4500 Series Conveyorized Drying Ovens are available as free standing units or they can be attached in-line to a high temperature series furnace for pre-dry before firing. Distinctly unlike other furnaces, the SierraTherm 4500 Series is an energy efficient precision thermal processing system which provides unequaled performance by way of:
- Three tiers of graded, power saving insulation reduces energy bills
- Innovative atmosphere distribution and management eliminates thermal shock
- Stable, unsurpassed temperature uniformity control ensures consistent process results
- Vigorous extraction of burn-off effluents across entire chamber width improves yields
- Integrated burn-off condensate entrapment / collection inhibits process contamination
Available as optional equipment on the 4500 Series is the powerful and convenient Windows based MicroTherm PC Control Profiling, and Monitoring System, first developed and introduced by SierraTherm.
